LIHTC advising to WHEDA (Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority)
The Kirwan Institute provided technical assistance and data analysis for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) in modifying their LIHTC scoring criteria to be more inclusive of "opportunity based housing" principles. WHEDA incorporated new criteria incentivizing LIHTC developments in high-income areas with significant job growth.
