GIS and Research Assistance to Maryland ACLU
(Foreclosures, Housing and Opportunity)
The Kirwan Institute has worked with the Maryland ACLU to assess housing trends, foreclosure, and rental opportunities in Baltimore’s high opportunity neighborhoods. This analysis will be used by a coalition of groups to aid public housing residents in their attempts to access affordable housing in high quality neighborhoods. (Maps to be posted on-line soon).
