Atlanta Opportunity Mapping and Neighborhood Revitalization Study
The Kirwan Institute is currently preparing an opportunity analysis for the Atlanta metropolitan region, the City of Atlanta and the neighborhoods of Vine City and English Avenue. The analysis will include an assessment of neighborhood indicators of opportunity in the context of minority businesses, subsidized and affordable housing, economic opportunities, educational opportunities, poverty, public transportation and neighborhood trends.
