GIS and Research Assistance to the Center for Community Change
(Race, Residency and Tenure in Long Beach, CA)
The Institute completed an analysis of affordable housing need, race and residency in Long Beach, CA, on behalf of the Center for Community Change. This work is being utilized to help local affordable housing advocates push for an affordable housing trust fund to offset the significant housing affordability problems plaguing Long Beach.
